Acceptance of Terms

By using Get317, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Get317 is a marketplace that connects customers with independent kitchens and delivery partners. We facilitate ordering and payment but do not prepare the food ourselves.

Using the Platform

You must provide accurate and current information for delivery, including a valid name, phone number, and address.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

You may not misuse the platform, including tampering with prices, placing fraudulent orders, or abusing the ordering system.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you authorize payment via Stripe for the subtotal, delivery fee, platform fee, and any driver tip you choose.

Prices are confirmed at checkout against the kitchen's published menu. We display delivery fees and a platform fee before you confirm your order.

Once payment is confirmed, your order is routed to the fulfilling kitchen for preparation.

Delivery

Delivery is coordinated through our delivery partner. Estimated times are provided as guidance and may vary with traffic, weather, and kitchen volume.

You agree to be reachable at the phone number provided so the driver can complete delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can generally be cancelled before the kitchen begins preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds for eligible cancellations or service issues are processed back to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your card issuer.

Vendor Responsibilities

Kitchens listing on Get317 are responsible for the accuracy of their menus, food quality, and compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.

Vendors operate independently and are not agents or employees of Get317.

Limitation of Liability

Get317 is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Region

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
